Rollie is a workforce and job activity intelligence platform that helps organizations automatically collect local job postings, explore that data with AI, and publish branded job boards for their communities.

How Rollie Works

From scattered job postings to actionable insight

Rollie continuously collects job postings from employer websites and approved sources, organizes that information into structured data, and makes it accessible through analytics, AI-powered exploration, and public-facing job boards.

The result is a platform that supports planning, coordination, and engagement, grounded in real, active job postings.

Features

Automated Job Collection

Automated, Accurate, Always Up-to-Date

Rollie automatically collects job postings from employer websites and other approved sources, eliminating the need for manual submissions, spreadsheets, or constant updates.

All Rollie needs to get started is a list of URLs to “roll.” From there, the platform continuously scans for active job postings and keeps the data up to date.

Key Capabilities

  • Automated collection of active job postings

  • Flexible setup based on employer or source lists

  • Continuous updates without manual intervention

  • Designed for regional use within a certain geography as well as use across specific verticals such as job types, industries, research sectors, etc.

Rollie Chat

Ask Questions of Your Job Data

Rollie Chat is a generative AI assistant that allows users to interact directly with their organization’s job data. Instead of exporting reports or filtering spreadsheets, users can ask natural-language questions and receive responses grounded in their region’s active job postings.

Rollie Chat also supports document uploads, such as resumes, allowing workforce professionals and nonprofit staff to explore how individual experience aligns with currently available jobs in their region.

Example Questions

  • How many jobs are currently available in healthcare in our region?

  • Based on current job postings, what types of workforce programs could be valuable?

  • What industries are posting the most openings right now?

Example Use Cases

  • Identify jobs that align with a specific resume

Explore skills or training that could improve job alignment

Highlight gaps between resumes and local employer demand

Using the jobs already collected in Rollie, organizations can identify roles that align with a job seeker’s experience and background.

Resume Feedback & Alignment Support

Rollie provides AI-powered resume feedback to help identify strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement in the context of current job postings in your region.

This allows organizations to support more informed, practical resume conversations without relying on generic advice.

Track Progress with Job Seeker CRM Tools

Rollie’s Job Seekers feature provides CRM-style tools that help organizations track progress and manage engagement across staff and programs.

Teams can maintain internal notes and context for each individual, monitor status as job seekers move forward, and organize participants by program, cohort, or readiness level—supporting consistent, coordinated support over time.
