What’s New in Rollie — April 15, 2026

A lot has shipped in the first half of April. Here’s a quick look at what’s new in Rollie!

Company logos, automatically

Rollie now pulls logos directly from each company’s website and displays them on job cards and company pages. No uploads, no manual work. Logos appear automatically and are optimized to look sharp on any background.

A faster, smarter jobs page

The internal jobs page has been rebuilt from scratch. It now handles large job sets significantly faster, and a new semantic search makes it much easier to find specific postings.

Job board performance improvements

The embeddable job board now loads faster for large job sets. Filter dropdowns are cleaner, and company industry labels have been added to help job seekers find the right fit faster.

Analytics upgrades

The analytics dashboard has a few new capabilities this month: a country filter for organizations tracking cross-border job activity, cross-filtering with custom job classification fields (like “Full Time” or “CDL Required”), and an improved map view with clustering so dense markets don’t turn into a sea of overlapping pins.

Smarter company management

When you add a new company and Rollie begins syncing its jobs, you’ll now see a real-time progress indicator showing the backfill status. No more guessing whether it’s still running.
