What’s New in Rollie: March 2026

We’ve shipped a lot this month. If you’ve logged into Rollie recently, you’ve probably noticed some of it already. Here’s a rundown of what’s changed and why it matters.

Dark Mode

Rollie now supports dark mode across the entire platform. You can toggle it on from your settings.

It might seem like a small thing, but a lot of you spend significant time in the dashboard. This makes it easier on the eyes, especially later in the day.

…It also just makes you feel cool.

Better Job Boards on Mobile

We overhauled the mobile experience for embedded job boards. Filters, search, and job cards all render more cleanly on smaller screens now.

Smarter Job Classification

Rollie now enables you to classify jobs into categories. If you’ve already set up custom classification rules, those just got more accurate. If you haven’t, now is a good time to try it.

You can:

  • Define classification rules in plain English

  • Trigger reclassification anytime you update your rules

  • Edit and refine rules as your needs evolve

Classifications can be used as pre-filters on your job boards, so you can create job boards that matter most to your community.

Faster Job Boards

We moved job board filtering to the server side. The result is noticeably faster load times, especially for boards with thousands of listings.

If your board has been growing (and most of them have), this should make the browsing experience significantly smoother for your visitors.

Hiring Chart Improvements

The hiring activity chart on company pages now shows hiring activity between rolls. This is the first step in some more historical data visualizations we plan to make available in the coming months.

Job Seeker Activity Timeline

If you’re using the Job Seeker module, there’s a new activity timeline that groups actions by day with a collapsible interface. It’s a cleaner way to see what’s happening with each job seeker you’re tracking.

Under the Hood

A few things you won’t see directly but will benefit from:

  • Better job discovery.

  • Faster data syncing.

  • Improved search accuracy.

Rollie by the Numbers

Across all of our partner organizations, Rollie is now tracking over 3,200 companies and has found more than 129,000 jobs. Those numbers keep growing every week as Rollie gets better at discovering and organizing job data.

What’s Coming

We’re continuing to invest in improving the way Rollie collects and processes jobs. The focus right now is on coverage and quality: finding more jobs from more employers, and making sure the data you see is accurate and current.

More updates soon.

See It in Action
