What’s New in Rollie - May 18, 2026
We’ve been busy. Here’s a look at what’s new across the platform.
Job Seekers Now Have Their Own Job Board
The seeker share link used to show a curated list of matched jobs and nothing else. Now it’s a full job browsing experience.
When you share a link with a job seeker, they can search your entire job board, save jobs they’re interested in, and apply. Every action they take is tracked in the activity timeline on their profile, so your team always knows what they’ve engaged with.
Seeker Detail Page Overhaul
The Job Seeker page now has functionality allowing for preferred job search regions and a display that shows their job opportunities on a map. This enables those helping job seekers to see where the seeker currently lives, identify regions on the map that are preferred for job location, and see where matched jobs appear in relation.
Custom fields are also now supported on seeker records, giving you the flexibility to track data that’s specific to your program.
Company List Overhaul
The companies list got a significant upgrade. It now supports server-side search, AI-powered semantic search, and a cleaner tab structure: Companies, Pending, and Needs Attention.
The Needs Attention tab surfaces companies that may need a closer look so your team can prioritize outreach without digging through the full list. Each company detail page also now shows a Job Refresh Cadence field, making it easier to track how often a company’s listings are being synced.
Smarter Analytics Map
The analytics map now responds correctly to classification filters. When you click a sector or classifier on the dashboard, the map updates to match — not just the job count cards. Multi-value classifier filters also no longer return inflated job counts on embedded boards, which was causing some boards to show far more jobs than expected.
These updates are live now. If you have questions or feedback, reach out to your account contact.
